What you’ll do
You’ll lead the IT function with confidence and purpose, setting the direction while staying close to operational delivery. In addition, this role provides opportunity to:
* Define and deliver a clear IT strategy, driving innovation across systems, infrastructure and security.
* Work closely with the Executive Board to shape, propose and deliver technology solutions that support long-term growth, including AI and emerging technologies.
* Set the architectural vision for the organisation and play a central role in modernising our technology landscape.
* Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high performance, reliability and security across all platforms.
* Build strong partnerships with suppliers, managing vendors and negotiating SLAs to deliver value.
* Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning, ensuring business wide resilience.
* Inspire and develop your team, creating a high-performing, collaborative environment.
What you’ll bring
* A degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
* Significant experience in IT leadership and working with senior stakeholders.
* Strong expertise across IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, cloud platforms and cybersecurity
* A proven track record of shaping and delivering IT strategy in a complex environment.
* Confidence and credibility to influence at an Executive level.
