Want to be part of a large engineering team, with the support of a multi-million pound investment on infrastructure and machinery!
You will be joining a site that has had vast uplift and are running a very impressive operation. The company are keen to develop existing skills and offer training courses for those who are always looking to better themselves.
Within the role you'll be showcasing your skills both mechanically and electrically to keep the production and machinery running.
Your main responsibilities of the role will include:
Minimising machinery downtime
Completion of reactive breakdowns and planned preventative maintenance.
Some of the machinery you will be working with, will be, conveyors, weighing machines, packaging machines, labellers, picker robots and more.
Optimising manufacturing functions & Identifying areas for continuous improvement.What you'd need:
Engineering qualification (Level 3 & above)
Exposure to completing work within both mechanical and electrical fields.
Electrical skills and fault-finding abilities.Within the engineering team you'd be on a 4 on 4 off rotating days and nights shift (2 days, 2 nights 4 off).
