Senior Quantity Surveyor Industrial Daventry
We are currently partnering with a nationally recognised main contractor with a proven track record in a variety of industries. They have a healthy pipeline of works for years to come and due to continued growth are now seeking several experienced SeniorQuantity Surveyors to join their team in Northamptonshire to aid with numerous Industrial/Logistics projects.
Responsibilities
Commercial Management Lead all cost and commercial activities across industrial construction projects, ensuring financial performance aligns with contract and company objectives.
Procurement & Subcontractor Oversight Manage tendering, negotiation, and appointment of subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring best value and compliance with project specifications.
Cost Control & Reporting Maintain accurate cost plans, forecasts, and cash flow projections, preparing regular financial reports for senior management and clients.
Contract Administration Administer main and subcontract agreements (NEC, JCT, or equivalent), including managing variations, change orders, and payment applications.
Risk & Value Management Identify commercial risks and opportunities, driving value engineering and cost-saving initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.
