Key responsibilities:
* Assist in spray finishing joinery to the highest standard, using a range of materials and finishes, under expert guidance.
* Learn to work with various paints and lacquers within their state-of-the-art spray booth.
* Collaborate and independently experiment with specialist finishes, showcasing creativity.
The ideal candidate will:
* Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
* Have the knowledgeand understanding of a variety of finishes (including waterbased, PU, Staining and Cold sprayed finishes).
* Have the ability to meet deadlines, be organised, and work individually or as part of a team.
* Possess an excellent eye for detail.
* Be willing to work overtime if required.
* Be enthusiastic about learning new skills and growing within the field.
* Full-time, permanent, PAYE position with 28 days holiday per year.
* Hourly wages based on experience, with overtime available.
