 Why this role?
 We are seeking a talented and motivated Fire Engineering specialist to join our rapidly growing, dynamic multi-disciplinary consultancy. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in developing our fire engineering capability from its inception.
 Client care and building long-term relationships are central to what we do. You will work closely with the Head of Department to ensure client expectations are exceeded and repeat business is secured.
 
 About You
 In this role, you will work across a variety of sectors, delivering detailed fire engineering design and evaluation, fire hazard identification, fire risk assessments, and smoke control strategies, while creating robust and compliant fire strategies. A proven track record of successful project delivery and experience across diverse sectors is essential.
 
 Key Purpose
 * Delivery of fire consultancy, fire strategies and design reviews for new construction projects and refurbishments
 * In conjunction with the Head of Department, develop the fire engineering offering for the company
 * Provide technical advice on fire related subjects / latest legislation to the multi-disciplinary teams across the UK offices.
 * Occasional International projects may arise
 
 What you will do 
 * Develop the fire engineering capability from its inception.
 * Undertake fire hazard identification and fire risk assessments to ensure compliance and safety.
 * Design smoke control systems and develop robust, compliant fire strategies for new and existing projects.
 * Demonstrate a proven track record of successful project delivery, including notable projects across multiple sectors.
 * Maintain exceptional client care and foster repeat business by working closely with the Head of Department to exceed client expectations.
 * Manage the development, recruitment, and management of a high-performing fire engineering team.
 * Shape and grow the fire engineering offering within the company to establish best practices and technical excellence.
