Role Summary:
This is a Marketing Manager role responsible for driving user research, market analysis, and strategic marketing to influence product and feature development. The candidate will work cross-functionally to define user journeys, develop go-to-market strategies, and lead campaigns, while serving as a subject matter expert on client products and branding.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead user research, market analysis, and insights to inform business and product decisions.
* Define and optimize user journeys and lifecycle strategies.
* Develop and execute marketing strategies, including go-to-market plans and integrated campaigns.
* Drive user growth, engagement, and adoption of new and existing features.
* Manage projects, including resource allocation, scoping, and stakeholder alignment.
* Create and implement product marketing content, brand positioning, and messaging strategies.
* Collaborate across teams to ensure inclusive, user-centered, and data-driven product development.
* Act as a mentor, leader, and trusted advisor, influencing internal and external partners.
Skills & Expertise Required:
* Strong background in brand management, campaign execution, and product positioning.
* Experience in client/partner management, strategic planning, and market segmentation.
* Proficiency in data analysis, consumer behavior insights, and storytelling using data.
* Deep knowledge of industry trends, client products, and marketing tools.
* Ability to influence senior stakeholders, lead teams, and build inclusive work cultures.
* Ability to write a descriptive and actionable brief to articulate key goals and objectives of a marketing campaign
* Product positioning Ability to articulate key messages, features, and benefits to the target audience. Situational leadership Ability to interact confidently, clearly and respectfully with others, especially senior leaders of the organization, to present/defend/clarify concerns or issues regarding an existing project, program or solution. This includes the ability to effectively address difficult questions, handle pushback from a high-level audience, and maintain a professional demeanor while engaging in difficult or sometimes high-pressure situations.
