Join Nurseplus as a Home Care Worker – Make a Difference Every Day

Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of vulnerable people in your community? As a Support Worker with Nurseplus Care at home, you’ll provide compassionate care directly in clients’ homes. You may support individuals with learning disabilities, complex care needs, mental health conditions, dementia, or elderly clients, helping them maintain independence and dignity with every shift.


What You’ll Be Doing

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with personal care, safe lifting and moving, administering medication, meal preparation, and providing general companionship. You’ll work closely with care plans to support individuals in achieving their goals and maintaining independence.


What We’re Looking For

* You must be over 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK.
* Minimum of 6 months experience in care.
* Driver with access to a car and a full UK license.
* Flexibility to travel to different care settings.
* A good standard of English and effective communication skills.
* Clear enhanced DBS certificates (child and adult) which you can apply for upon registration.
