Overview
Based in our Bristol office with flexibility to travel to other sites on occasions, this entry‑level administrative role involves supporting managers and their teams through a range of clerical tasks and small projects. You will need to proactively manage a busy workload and work independently at times.
Responsibilities
* Diary management
* Arranging travel and handling expenses
* Organising meetings and events
* Developing an understanding of and using MBDA tools and systems
* Developing to become the knowledge point of contact within your project or function, handling varied and ad‑hoc tasks
* Participating in UK Support Function initiatives and personal development initiatives
* Providing support for specific projects and administrative tasks as required
Qualifications
* Team player with a positive can‑do attitude, eager to learn and build on existing administration skills

* Professional approach, able to multi‑task and be proactive

* Good understanding of Microsoft Office skills
* Entry‑level role; will undertake relevant training and development sessions and can pursue a Business Apprenticeship or other MBDA training courses
Benefits
* Salary: £24,000 per annum
* Dynamic (hybrid) working: Bristol site 2‑3 days per week
