We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to assist with delivering central processes and business growth nationwide. The ideal candidate will emphasize delivering high-quality service and be passionate about providing a first-class experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Proactive relationship management: engaging with existing clients through meetings, calls, and emails to understand their needs and concerns
* Ensuring compliance with Terms of Business and Service Level Agreements
* Collaborating with internal teams like lettings, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless client experience
* Addressing client inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly, providing solutions to maintain high satisfaction
* Conducting in-depth analysis of client needs to tailor solutions and services
* Managing onboarding of new assets and portfolios company-wide
* Inspecting assets annually with the Asset Manager to ensure high management standards
* Maintaining portfolio performance to a high standard
* Demonstrating excellent organizational and communication skills
* Reporting effectively at all levels
* ARLA Qualified to at least Level 3
* Having experience and knowledge of the property and lettings industry
* Dealing with high-end stakeholders and educating on investments
* Understanding nationwide property markets
* Being self-motivated and able to work independently
* Prioritizing workload and meeting deadlines
* Being flexible and adaptable in approach

* Hours: 40 hours per week
* Nationwide travel required
* Driving license and personal car preferred
