Primary Tutor Our Primary Tutors play a crucial role in supporting students who require additional help in core subjects. Key Responsibilities: Deliver one-to-one or small group lessons in Maths and English, tailored to primary learning levels. Adapt lesson content and pace to accommodate different learning styles and abilities. Support students in building subject knowledge, study skills, and confidence. Establish a trusting and consistent rapport to create a safe and supportive learning environment. Monitor progress and provide clear, constructive feedback to parents, carers, or professionals as required. Essential Requirements: Minimum of 1 years experience teaching or tutoring Maths or English at primary level. Experience working with learners in a one-to-one or small group setting. Right to work in the UK. Must hold, or be willing to obtain, an Enhanced DBS check. Desirable Qualifications: PGCE in Primary Education and/or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Experience supporting students with additional learning needs.
