Harvey Nash is delighted to be working with our local client as they undertake significant strategic transformation. They’re seeking an interim Programme Director to define their new Target Operating Model and drive actions forward into tangible actions across a portfolio of high-impact change initiatives.
NB - This opportunity is within Financial Services hence this is the only current experience we are able to consider.
This is an enterprise-wide remit - spanning business operations, new ways of working, product alignment and technology. The individual will work to Board Level reporting into the COO with end-to-end design & ownership of the transformation programme delivering the new TOM.
The Role:
 * Create new enterprise-wide business Target Operating Model
 * Lead multi-stream, complex transformation programmes across the wider business
 * Drive product simplification and process optimisation as part of the operating model redesign
 * Oversee digital and technology-enabled change, including CRM adoption & enhancement
 * Ensure alignment with any regulatory requirements
 * Engage senior stakeholders, influence executives and board members
We want to hear from candidates who are working to C-level directly, and meet the exact criteria below:
 * Current experience at Programme Director level – reporting to COO/CEO level.
 * Proven & current track record of delivering complex transformation programmes in regulated financial services (banking, insurance, asset/wealth management, fintech).
 * Extensive experience of taking strategic business objectives to define new Target Operating Models.
 * Experience of the subsequent creation of programme streams & deliverables in line with the new TOM.
 * Experience delivering business operational transformation.
 * Strong grasp of business operations re-design, business transformation, and business/IT integration.
 * Experience working with Agile/SAFe/hybrid models; PRINCE2 or PMP beneficial.
 * Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
 * Based local to Glasgow for onsite working - this is NOT a remote opportunity.
