Job Description
As a Sous Chef, you’ll play a key role in the kitchen – balancing team dynamics, kitchen excellence, financial responsibilities, and stepping up in the Head Chef’s absence.
This position calls for a skilled professional with strong cooking expertise and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Skills & Experience Needed:
* Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a high‑volume kitchen
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
* Ability to manage stock, control costs, and minimise waste
* Experience of financial budgeting within a Food & Beverage business
Please be advised that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.
Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and have the legal right to work in the UK.
