Responsibilities
* Proactively source and engage candidates through multiple channels, building and maintaining a talent pipeline for current and future needs.
* Screen and assess candidates via CV reviews and initial calls, and coordinate interview logistics while supporting candidate preparation and feedback collection.
* Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers to align on role requirements, sourcing strategies, and recruitment progress.
* Ensure accurate documentation and data integrity in recruitment systems, while maintaining clear, professional communication to deliver a positive candidate experience.
* Support employer branding efforts and continuously develop recruitment skills through feedback and training, staying updated on market trends and best practices.
Qualifications
* Experience in full cycle recruiting (desirable)
* Demonstrated experience delivering high-quality customer service across multiple channels, including phone, face‑to‑face, and email communications.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
* Willingness to learn, adapt to new processes, and respond positively to feedback and coaching.
* Disciplined, agile, creative and accountable with a passion for innovation.
* Fluent in English.
