01st May, 2026 Fuel Logistics Scheduler - Full Time Join a busy Customer Service & Logistics team responsible for coordinating and scheduling daily fuel deliveries. This is a fast-paced coordination role where you'll manage delivery schedules, communicate with drivers and internal teams, and ensure fuel deliveries are completed efficiently, safely, and on time. You'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly while maintaining strong customer service standards. Key responsibilities include: - Planning and scheduling daily fuel delivery runs - Coordinating with drivers, sales, and operations teams - Managing changes and disruptions throughout the day - Monitoring delivery performance and ensuring schedules are met - Maintaining accurate data, reporting, and scheduling systems - Supporting efficient fleet utilization and route planning - Liaising with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery operations This role requires someone who can think on their feet, manage multiple priorities, and stay organised under pressure, while keeping customer service front of mind.
