About the Role As a Reception Teaching Assistant, you’ll: • Support the class teacher in delivering fun, creative, and hands-on activities across the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. • Provide nurturing care and guidance to pupils, helping them feel safe, confident, and excited to learn. • Assist in managing a busy Reception classroom with diverse needs, alongside supportive LSAs. • Encourage positive play and social interaction during both structured and free-flow activities. • Contribute to a positive classroom environment that celebrates curiosity, creativity, and kindness. • Experience within an EYFS setting and a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification are highly desirable.
