What you will be doing:
1. Support with the end-to-end coordination of Learning programmes, including event coordination and communications.
2. Setup of events and sessions in the Learning Management System (Cornerstone)
3. Manage and maintain delegates, waitlists, and attendance both internally and with third party facilitators.
4. Source and book room availability for on-site sessions, including the organisation of catering, office access and room layout.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across various departments to understand their learning needs and priorities.
6. Partner with internal teams and external vendors to leverage resources, expertise, and technology to support learning and development initiatives.
7. Answer incoming queries.
What you’ll bring:
8. Previous experience in a HR team with a strong interest in L&D and employee development.
9. Experience working with internal customers up to senior leadership.
10. Understanding of learning management systems.
11. The ability to listen, understand, document, present and deliver customer requirements.
