At Lidl, we’re all about making things happen. As an Employee Relations Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our people and processes. Working closely with our Employee Relations Consultant and regional managers, you’ll make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, because great administration means great outcomes.
What you'll do
1. Be the go-to support for employee relations queries
2. Prepare and send important correspondence for processes like disciplinary, grievance, performance improvement, sickness absence, and redundancy
3. Keep everything secure and GDPR-compliant—whether it’s e-filing documents or sending letters
4. Update our employee relations systems so everything is accurate and up to date
5. Help managers follow the right processes and escalate issues when needed
6. Make sure we’re always compliant with the law and Lidl policies
7. Take on extra tasks when the team needs you—because flexibility is part of the job
What you'll need
8. A sharp eye for detail and a love for getting things right
9. Confidence with admin tasks and systems
10. Knowledge of GDPR and data protection standards (Advantageous)
11. Great communication skills—you’ll work with people across the business
12. A proactive attitude and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
