Responsibilities:
* Lead the charge in generating new business opportunities by proactively identifying and engaging potential clients in need of managed services.
* Conduct thorough market research to identify target industries, key decision-makers, and emerging trends, utilizing this information to develop effective business development strategies.
* Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, diligently tracking prospects, leads, and opportunities to ensure a steady flow of new business.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical experts and senior management, to develop tailored solutions that meet clients' specific needs and demonstrate the value of our managed services.
* Deliver compelling presentations and conduct product demonstrations to showcase our capabilities and differentiate us from competitors.
* Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
* Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify potential areas for business growth and innovation.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns, promotional materials, and sales collateral to support business development efforts.
* Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators, consistently driving revenue growth for the organization.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2 years of proven success in business development within the managed services industry.
* Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, network security, and related technologies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
* Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a track record of closing deals and achieving revenue targets.
* Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Exceptional problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset, capable of identifying opportunities and proposing effective solutions.
* Demonstrated ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and translate market insights into actionable business strategies.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
