We are seeking a motivated and talented Chemistry Teacher to join a well-established and high-performing science faculty at a secondary school in Portsmouth. This is a full-time, permanent position from September 2025.

Chemistry Teacher required to teach up to GCSE (A-Level desirable)

The Role
You’ll teach Chemistry across KS3 and KS4, with the option to teach KS5 depending on your experience. The department values both academic rigour and creativity in teaching, with a strong focus on developing practical skills, scientific reasoning, and examination readiness.

Degree in Chemistry or related subject and QTS

Strong knowledge of the secondary Chemistry curriculum
