Finance Officer – The Role
As a Cluster Finance Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the financial operations across a group of five academies. Working closely with the Finance Manager and school leadership teams, you will oversee transactional finance processes, month-end procedures, reconciliations, and reporting, ensuring full compliance with financial policies and procedures.
You will manage supplier invoices, payments, reconciliations, procurement support, income processing, sales ledger, and banking across the cluster. You will also assist with audit preparation, budget monitoring, asset management, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and best value at all times.
This role would suit a highly organised, detail-focused finance professional who is confident working across multiple sites, managing competing priorities, and maintaining exceptional standards of financial compliance.
