As a Location Independent Worker, for operational reasons you may be required to perform your duties, either temporarily or permanently, from any of our offices or customer sites within a reasonable geographic area of your home address. Our “Office in a Box” home working kit will provide you with everything you need, no matter where you are.

What you’ll do
As a Delivery Innovation Manager, you will work across teams to uncover improvement opportunities, analyse performance data, and help embed change initiatives that align with strategic goals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and is passionate about continuous improvement.
Core accountabilities include:
1. Collaborating with Portfolio, Profession, and Operations leads to identify inefficiencies, pain points, and opportunities for improvement
2. Maintain a prioritised backlog of initiatives and track progress against delivery milestones
3. Analyse delivery performance data to uncover trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
4. Create visual dashboards and reports that support decision-making and highlight areas for intervention
5. Assist in the design and rollout of change initiatives, ensuring business readiness and stakeholder engagement
6. Contribute to governance forums by preparing updates, insights, and recommendations
7. Support the development of KPIs and metrics that reflect functional health and transformation impact
Who you are
8. Highly analytical with strong data visualisation skills; able to translate insights into action
9. Experienced in business process improvement, operational analysis or transformation support
10. Confident communicating with and influencing senior stakeholders
11. Comfortable working with ambiguity and managing multiple priorities
12. Someone who understands Customer Delivery, Supply Chain or Finance Operations is a plus
