The Opportunity
Reactive Recruitment are delighted to be working with a leading private healthcare business to recruit an experienced Accounts Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional and supportive team in a growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage sales and purchase ledgers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
* Prepare and issue invoices, reconcile payments, and manage credit control
* Follow up on overdue accounts and resolve payment queries
* Process purchase invoices, prepare payment runs, and resolve discrepancies
* Produce debtor, creditor, and cash flow reports for management
* Support month-end and year-end procedures
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in an accounts/credit control role
* Strong understanding of sales and purchase ledgers and cashflow management
* Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Xero) and Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
Desirable:
* Experience in healthcare or medical accounts
* Familiarity with medical insurance processes
* IT or accounting qualifications
