The role is responsible for driving people-related strategies, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.**Key responsibilities*** Partner with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into HR initiatives.* Provide advice and guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management.* Support performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback cycles.* Drive employee engagement, culture development, and change management initiatives.* Advise on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters in compliance with employment law.* Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention strategies in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.* Support learning & development initiatives to strengthen leadership and team capabilities.* Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to management for decision-making.* Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal HR policies.**Essential requirements*** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.* Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in HR, with at least 2 years in a Business Partner or HR generalist role.* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.* Experience in advising and influencing senior stakeholders.* Familiarity with HRIS systems and data-driven HR decision-making.**Desired skills*** Strong interpersonal and communication skills.* Strategic mindset with hands-on problem-solving ability.* High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.* Analytical skills and business acumen.* Change management and coaching capabilities.**ETAP requires all successful applicants to undergo and pass a comprehensive background check before they start employment.
