Job Summary and Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Team Manager/Head of Centre, Leaders is seeking a Property Manager to join our dedicated and dynamic team based in Bourne. Experience is beneficial but not essential. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support. You will act as a point of contact for tenants and landlords, assisting with inquiries, booking appointments, and ensuring a smooth tenancy process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide excellent telephone and written communication throughout the tenancy
* Accept and understand tenants' maintenance requirements, providing triage to resolve issues
* Communicate unresolved issues to landlords with solutions and arrange contractor works
* Update all parties regularly via phone, email, or text, and log notes
* Make regular well-being calls to landlords
* Coordinate with the property management team to ensure works are completed and invoiced within 21 days, updating customers on progress
* Ensure all properties comply with mandatory legislation and company policies
* Collaborate with Property Inventory Clerks to ensure property inspections are conducted and communicate with landlords and tenants accordingly
* Contact managed landlords and tenants two weeks before vacation to explain check-out procedures and timelines
* Handle non-managed deposits within the No Deposit Scheme
* Ensure the check-out process is followed and communication is sent via the Depositary site
* Work with team leaders, heads of centres, and branch networks to understand reasons for lost units
* Maintain high communication standards with internal and external customers
Qualifications and Skills
* Professional telephone manner
* Organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
* Full UK Driving License required
