This Area Sales Manager role within our Truck and Trailer Business Unit focuses on winning new business, growing fleet utilisation, and delivering long term revenue through contract hire, rental, and finance solutions. Identify, target, and secure new customers through cold calling, referrals, and networking Promote the benefits of usership over ownership to customers operating their own fleets Deliver against revenue targets through both short term and long term rental agreements Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline across all product lines Work closely with Contract Hire Managers on larger or specialist opportunities About YouYou enjoy building relationships, spotting opportunities, and turning conversations into long term partnerships. You are comfortable working in a target driven environment and take pride in delivering results while contributing to a wider team strategy. Experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within asset rental, transport, or a related sector Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build trust with customers Organised approach to managing pipelines, CRM systems, and reporting Commercial awareness with an interest in market trends and competitor activity Not sure you tick every box?
