The Role: As a Public Area Cleaner, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that all guest-facing and staff public areas are immaculately clean, welcoming, and aligned with our 5-star standards at all times. Key Responsibilities: Clean and maintain lobbies, corridors, restrooms, staircases, and other public areas to the highest hygiene and presentation standards Regularly check and refresh high-traffic areas throughout the shift Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly Ensure cleaning materials and equipment are used safely and stored correctly Support the wider housekeeping team when needed, including special events and seasonal demands Provide friendly, professional interaction with guests while maintaining discretion and service focus What are we looking for? Good communication and immaculate presentation Expert-level attention to detail High resilience and adaptability Hotel or customer-facing experience is advantageous.
