About the role We are seeking an experienced Senior Key Account Manager to lead Dyson’s strategic partnership with John Lewis, one of our most important UK retail partners. You will own the account vision and commercial strategy, driving sustainable, profitable growth while ensuring best‑in‑class execution across all channels. Key responsibilities: Own and deliver the long‑term account strategy for John Lewis, aligned to Dyson’s commercial objectives Lead joint business planning, using insight into shopper behaviour, market trends, and competition Drive sales, profitability, forecasting, and budget ownership Manage the end‑to‑end promotional cycle and investment effectiveness Partner cross‑functionally with finance, supply chain, operations, and commercial teams Analyse retailer profitability and turn data into actionable insight Ensure outstanding Dyson brand execution across John Lewis’ online and physical estate Strengthen shopper and consumer understanding through category management and insight‑led initiatives About you You are a commercially strong leader with experience managing senior retail partnerships. You will bring: 6 years’ experience in key account management, ideally in consumer goods or retail A strong track record of driving growth and leading high‑performing teams Excellent negotiation, influencing, and senior stakeholder management skills Solid experience in forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management Strong analytical capability and advanced Excel skills A collaborative, results‑driven mindset Reward At Dyson, Reward goes beyond just salary and bonuses.
