Global Communications company are hiring a Senior Creative Account Manager to join their successful design team based in Manchester. This is a hybrid working model with 2-3 days in the office.
The Senior Creative Account Manager is responsible for the translation of client objectives into workable and specific briefs. As such, they are accountable for the quality, timings, brand projection and margin generated both on the work areas they handle and as part of Account Team as a whole.
The Senior Account Manager will support the studio team, liaise with designated stakeholders within a particular accounts.
The Senior Creative Account Manager will be the main point of client contact day to day for briefing and overall management of projects within the studio from brief through to delivery.
The primary focus for this role will be to immediately support managing the creative projects through the studio, partnering with scheduling, creative and account management forging a strong relationship with the client stakeholders as well as the financials.
Successful candidates will currently be working as an Account Manager within a design agency or creative in-house team. Experience of working on financial services accounts is desirable.
