Churchill Howard are partnering with one of the UK's most recognisable brands to recruit a technically strong Group Reporting Accountant to join the Group Finance team. This role is ideally suited to a Top 10 trained practice mover with 12-18 months post-qualification experience, looking to transition into a dynamic industry role with genuine scope for long-term progression.You'll play a key part in the preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results, ensuring compliance with IFRS and corporate reporting standards. This is an excellent platform to build your career in a large, complex business, with exposure to senior leadership, international operations, and future moves into commercial finance or business partnering.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparation of monthly and quarterly group consolidations under IFRS.Assist in the production of the annual report and accounts, including statutory reporting for the Group and subsidiaries.Act as a key point of contact for external auditors during interim and year-end processes.Support technical accounting reviews, policy development, and implementation of new standards.Business partner with finance teams across the UK and internationally to ensure accurate and timely reporting.Drive continuous improvement across reporting processes and controls.Involvement in ad hoc projects including acquisitions, disposals, and systems upgrades.About YouACA/CA qualified (or equivalent) with 12-18 months PQE, ideally trained in a Top 10 accountancy firm.Strong understanding of IFRS and group consolidations.Exposure to large, complex businesses (listed or global group experience is a plus).Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.Proactive, adaptable, and able to work under pressure to tight deadlines.Confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders across finance and the wider business.
