What skills and experience we're looking for
* Good knowledge of English subjects
* Have experience of teaching KS3 and KS4 English.
* Good understanding of pedagogy
* Commitment to being involved in the wider life of school through participation in extra-curricular activities
* Degree or equivalent in english or related subject
* Qualified teacher status
* Enjoys working with young people
* Able to engage, enthuse and motivate students of all abilities
* Maintains high professional standards
* Commitment and enthusiasm for teaching English subjects
