We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations across our UK estate including our Restaurants, Support Office and Central Kitchen.
This is a fast‑paced, hands‑on role where you’ll work closely with Operations, contractors and stakeholders to ensure our estate remains safe, compliant and running efficiently.
What you’ll do
* Manage reactive and planned maintenance across multiple sites
* Oversee statutory compliance and PPM schedules
* Lead maintenance projects, refurbishments and technical upgrades
* Manage contractor performance, KPIs and SLAs
* Monitor budgets, reporting and identify cost‑saving opportunities
* Act as a key support contact for operational maintenance issues
What we’re looking for
* Multi‑site hospitality maintenance experience
* Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, gas and catering equipment, building fabric and compliance
* Experience using CAFM systems
* Excellent organisation, communication and stakeholder management skills
* Commercially aware with strong budget management experience
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
