About the role
The Head Housekeeper plays a key role in leading daily and weekly cleaning routines of the Housekeeping Team.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Carrying out cleaning schedules with your team, including dusting, mopping, polishing, and vacuuming.
2. Overseeing your team’s cleaning of all areas, including residents’ rooms, lounges, kitchens, bathrooms, and offices.
3. Building trust and promoting choice, dignity, and independence.
You’ll prioritize residents’ comfort and dignity, whether hoovering bedrooms or polishing photo frames. We guarantee rewarding experiences for your contributions.
If you haven’t worked in care before, we’ll support you with induction, buddy system, and ongoing training programs.

No specific qualifications are required, but GCSEs in English and Maths may be helpful. Supervisory experience is preferred.
