LOCATION: Field based – West London, Slough, Woking, Reading area
HOURS: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours, 8.30am - 5.00pm
PACKAGE: £30 - £35k, company van with private use. All relevant tools, fuel card, tablet computer, mobile phone, pension, and 25 days holiday including Bank Holidays.

ROLE OVERVIEW:
The role involves visiting clients' sites to produce risk assessment documentation. As a Risk Assessor, you'll ensure clients receive excellent service and support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Conduct risk assessment visits, record relevant data, and compile detailed risk assessments.
2. Assess Legionella compliance against legislation and client requirements.
3. Review client data related to Legionella within our systems.
4. Produce risk assessment documents in line with ACOP L8 guidelines within specified timescales.
5. Compile reports, documents, and schematic drawings.
6. Minimize disruption during site visits and communicate effectively with site representatives.
7. Update office colleagues on progress.
8. Provide technical support to team members as needed.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
1. City and Guilds or Water Management Society qualification in Risk Assessment for Legionella and Water Hygiene Control.
2. At least two years' experience as a Risk Assessor is desirable but not essential.
3. Experience in water hygiene tasks is preferred.
4. Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
5. Ability to complete LRAs using a web-based platform on a tablet.
6. Hands-on attitude and team player mentality.
7. Polite, clear communicator with clients and colleagues.
8. Smart appearance and friendly manner.
9. Ability to work independently.
10. Full UK driving license.
