We are currently hiring Support Workers for our fantastic Residential Service in Louth, where you will assist 4 individuals with complex needs.
You will play a key role in offering care, managing challenging behaviors and supporting people in their daily activities and community outings.
*If you live outside of Louth to be considered for the role you will need use of your own vehicle to get to and from the service for early/late shifts due to very limited public transport.
What we offer:
Competitive hourly rates starting at £12.50 with enhanced rates for overtime and annual pay reviews.
Flexible hours - we have a role available for 7.5 hours per week and a role available for 30 hours per week (shifts to be discussed at interview)

Who we're looking for:
Enthusiastic individuals with a caring, patient and positive attitude
Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Experience with challenging behaviours and/or a background in care or support work (desirable)
A passion for improving the lives of others and a willingness to learn and grow in your role.

Please note, this role may include regular sleep-in shifts paid at £50 a night (This means sleeping over at the residence, with the possibility you might have to wake up to provide care in the night.)
