The Role
* Responsible for a varied commercial property caseload including leases, sales, purchases, and re‑mortgages involving registered, unregistered, leasehold, and freehold properties.
* Draft, review, amend, and issue legal documentation, including detailed transaction reports for clients and professional lenders.
* Support colleagues across the department and maintain excellent communication with both existing and new clients.
Skills Required
* Commercial Property Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 Years PQE.
* Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well within a team environment.
* Confidence and capability to manage a busy commercial property caseload with minimal supervision.
