Join a prestigious specialist property law firm as a Fee Earner. This role is ideal for a motivated legal professional who is ready to handle a caseload in collaboration with another Solicitor. This position offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic team environment, focusing on delivering high-quality legal services in property law.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Manage a full caseload of property transactions from inception to completion with the support of another Solicitor.
* Conduct legal research and draft various documents related to property law.
* Provide legal advice to clients on property transactions and related matters.
* Liaise with clients, other solicitors, and professionals involved in property transactions.
* Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal policies and procedures.
* Participate in client meetings and handle negotiations on behalf of clients.
* Maintain detailed and accurate case files and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in handling property law cases or a Fee Earning Paralegal with experience of managing own caseload under supervision.
* Proven ability to manage a full caseload independently and as part of a team.
* Strong understanding of property law and conveyancing processes.
* Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
