Job Title: SEN 1:1 Teaching Assistant
Location: Burnley
Contract Type: Full-time
Salary: £13.75 - £14.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver personalised learning plans.
Provide 1:1 support to a pupil with additional needs, ensuring they can access the curriculum and achieve their potential.
Assist with social, emotional, and behavioural development, promoting independence and confidence.
Adapt learning materials and activities to meet individual needs.
Monitor progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.

Experience working with children with SEN (particularly in a primary setting) is desirable.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff and families.
