We are now seeking an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to join our team and take responsibility for ensuring that all brickwork projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead Our QA Process: Develop, implement, and manage project-specific TQP's in line with client requirements and legislation.
* Compliance Assurance: Ensure compliance with Technical Standards, CDM Regulations, ISO 9001, and NHBC requirements.
* Inspection & Audits: Conduct and oversee site inspections, internal audits, and third-party audits; manage close-out of non-conformances.
* Documentation & O&M's: Maintain accurate records, including ITPs, Quality Checklists, O&M manuals, and final handover documentation packs.
* Client Liaison: Act as the point of contact for all quality matters with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and regulators.
* Continuous Improvement: Drive best practice, provide training, and promote a culture of quality across projects.
* Handover Readiness: Ensure our teams quality documentation is complete and aligned with client expectations for final handover and acceptance.
* Risk Management: Identify and mitigate quality-related risks through preventive and corrective measures.
* Workmanship Oversight: Regularly review brickwork installations for compliance with drawings, specifications, and standards.
Requirements
* Ideally a strong background in brickwork, masonry, or construction QA / management
* Computer illiterate; We have implemented specialist softwares to aid our QA process which you as the manager would need to oversee the correct use of by our project teams
* Experience in a QA, Clerk of Works, or Site Management role (essential)
* Detailed knowledge of industry standards such as NHBC standards, British Standards, CDM Regulations, and ISO 9001
* Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving ability
* Confident communicator with strong leadership skills
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
