Role Description
Aniron Renewables is seeking a Heating and Plumbing Supervisor for an exciting on‑site, full‑time role based in Northamptonshire. The Supervisor will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing and heating systems, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This role will involve coordinating a team of technicians, managing schedules, monitoring project progress, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards. The Supervisor will also liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction and provide technical support as needed.
Qualifications
* Strong technical expertise in plumbing, heating systems, and related maintenance
* Proven leadership abilities to oversee and coordinate team activities effectively
* Proficient in project management, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control
* Knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and best practices in plumbing and heating
* Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members
* Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality workmanship
* Relevant certifications in plumbing, gas safety, or heating systems (e.g., Gas Safe registered) are highly desirable
* Experience in the renewable energy or infrastructure sectors is a plus
* Full UK driving license
