Randstad are recruiting for 2 Freelance Site Agents for a major infrastructure Project in Buckingham This role is £600 a day PAYE, inside IR35. The successful candidate will be working for Tier 1 main Contractors in Joint venture for a number of years. You will have experience in Drainage, earthworks or Structures As a Site Agent, you will be a cornerstone of the project's success. You aren't just managing a site; you are driving the construction strategy. You will balance technical engineering oversight with commercial acumen and team leadership. Core Responsibilities 1. Strategic Planning & Pre-Commencement Strategy: Assist in defining the construction strategy and leading kick-off meetings. Documentation: Own the production of Method Statements, Environmental & Quality Plans, and Construction programmes. Schedules: Manage procurement and design deliverable schedules to ensure no "bottlenecks" in production. 2. Operational Leadership & Resource Management Resource Allocation: Partner with the Agent and Section Foreman to strategically allocate labour, plant, and materials. Engineering Oversight: Manage the site engineering team, taking direct responsibility for the performance, mentoring, and professional development of Site and Section Engineers.
