As part of our dedicated and close-knit team, you will develop close, yet professional relationships with a small number of clients, assisting individuals with a variety of tasks, from enabling them to participate in their hobbies and access various activities in their local communities, to helping with light domestic duties and providing dignified personal care.

Staff undergo paid shadowing, working alongside experienced colleagues to develop the confidence and competency necessary to fulfil their role. You will also have regular reviews with your supervisor to raise and troubleshoot any issues, as they arise and will have access to a 24-hour on-call phone line for support in the event of an emergency.
We work with all our staff to agree a shift pattern which not only meets the needs of our clients, but also enables a good work-life balance for our staff, as we recognise that staff will go the extra mile when they feel valued and supported.
All posts will entail some weekend working, but a variety of shifts are available for the right candidates.
