CSA Engineer Responsibilities: Lead the day-to-day operations of CSA packages, including site supervision, subcontractor coordination, and interface management. Oversee site safety and quality files; perform due diligence on supervisor checklists and ensure subcontractors strictly follow QA/QC procedures. Manage the project schedule; track subcontractor manpower and progress against baselines, and issue detailed weekly reports on milestones and risks. Review drawings and technical submissions to identify deficiencies; ensure the link between design information and construction drawings is maintained.
