About The Role
Yorkare Homes is seeking a York/Leeds Area Manager. As an award-winning care provider operating 9 locations, including residential and dementia care, Yorkare Homes has received three Best New Care Homes awards in the UK and numerous Outstanding ratings by CQC. Our mission is to deliver exceptional care in a luxurious environment.
The role involves supporting the Operations Director and Registered Managers in managing care homes in the York/Leeds area, commissioning new care homes, developing current and future Registered Managers, maintaining quality through audits, and enhancing resident care.
Candidates should possess a strong work ethic, high standards, and experience in care home management. Regional manager experience is not essential.
