Mechanical Supervisor, c£325-350 a day, East Central London - commercial fit-out - immediate start - until Spring 2026
As the lead supplier to most of London's biggest contractors, we have been approached by an established M&E Contractor to help them in the search for a Mechanical Supervisor to work on a £35M M&E package on a commercial fit-out project in East Central London.
The role:
* You will manage the site schedule of work and site teams on a commercial refurbishment scheme
* Manage and put to work sub-contractors teams
* Value engineering and scoping work.
* Maintain relationships between client, subcontractors and partners.
* Estimations and variations as required
* Procurement
