Registered Manager
to lead a specialist
Childrens Residential Service
supporting young people. About the Role
As the
Ofsted Registered Manager, youll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring full compliance with
Childrens Homes Regulations and Quality Standards (2015). You will lead a committed team in delivering safe, nurturing, and high-quality care that promotes the emotional, social, and physical wellbeing of each young person. Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the home, including care planning, staffing, budgeting, and compliance.
Lead and inspire your team to work collaboratively with young people, families, and external professionals.
Ensure that care and support are delivered in line with individual needs and the homes Statement of Purpose.
Maintain the highest standards of safeguarding and risk management.
Drive continuous improvement through reflection, learning, and development.
What Were Looking For
Proven
management experience
within a childrens residential care setting.
Completed (or willingness to begin within 3 months) one of the following:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care and Children & Young Peoples Services RMA / NVQ Level 4 / ILM Level 5 in Leadership & Management Strong working knowledge of
Childrens Homes Regulations ,
Quality Standards, and
The Children Act 1989/2010 .
