This role is based at our office in Penrhyndeudraeth, Gwynedd
Key Tasks
· Contacting customers, via telephone and email to recover outstanding debts.
· Adhering to personal KPIs to ensure monies are collected and targets are hit.
· Ensure smooth collection of debts and establishing relationships to ensure cash is paid within agreed timescale.
· Communicating professionally with customers and clients advising what the repercussions are for non-payment - if payments timescales are not adhered to.
· The ability to form professional relationships with clients to ensure smooth payment of debts.
· Ensuring customer accounts are accurate and up to date.

· Previous customer service experience
· Excellent communication Skills
· Excellent attention to detail
· Ability to prioritise workload
· Driven, passionate and self-motivated
· Ability to work on own initiative and in a fast-paced working environment
· Works well in a team environment
· Possess good IT skills and knowledge of MS Excel and Word
· Ability to respond to all calls and enquiries promptly and professionally, while following targets and objectives set out by the management team
· Ability to manage and resolve difficult or challenging conversations with integrity, professionalism, and honesty.
Salary: £23,809.50
