Role Responsibilities
As a Partner Success Manager based in Warwick, your responsibilities include:
* Maintaining strong relationships with third-party software providers to ensure smooth customer experience
* Onboarding new customers and inputting their information into our systems
* Communicating with customers and software providers to build relationships and resolve issues
* Managing administrative tasks related to customers and providers
Working Hours
This is a full-time, permanent hybrid role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8:00am and 5:00pm.
