Lloyd Recruitment Services is working with an experienced and motivated logistics professional to join a dynamic UK team, providing freight and on-site event support both in the UK and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
* Direct and coordinate shipping operations for events, both in the UK and internationally
* Travel abroad as required for project support
* Manage the complete logistics process from initial planning through to on-site execution
* Maintain data accurately in line with GDPR regulations
* Oversee project planning, control budgets, and handle all financial aspects of logistics
* Utilise expertise in multimodal freight forwarding (minimum 3 years' experience)
* Navigate and manage import/export customs procedures
* Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
Skills and Experience
* Experience in Exhibition Freight Logistics
* Confident user of Microsoft Office applications
* Effectively prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Strong time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
* Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
* Work in an organised, methodical, and detail-focused manner
* Take initiative to solve problems and provide practical solutions
* Collaborate effectively within a team
