You’ll need to bring strong interpersonal skills to the role, with the ability to connect with and motivate learners across a range of study programmes. You will play a key role in: Planning and delivering high-quality lessons across Levels 1 to 3 Assessing and tracking student progress to inform targeted interventions Ensuring all students develop the knowledge and skills they need to succeed Managing the classroom effectively and creating a positive learning environment While teaching experience or having delivered training in the workplace is desirable, it is not essential —full training and support will be provided for the successful applicant. A ll candidates will start at the introductory salary scale point unless certain criteria are met. Employees can move up the salary scale once one full academic year of teaching for our group is complete, subject to approval. Therefore, internal applicants may qualify for the higher salary scale, although should seek clarification.
