Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Express Employment Professionals in Woodbury, MN is partnering with a well-respected, locally owned restoration company to hire a Customer Care Coordinator.
This contract-to-hire role allows you to guide customers from start to finish as they recover from property damage events like water, fire, or storm losses. You'll play a key role in making a tough situation a little easier for them.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Answering and managing incoming calls on a fast-paced multi-line phone system
* Providing proactive, empathetic, and consistent communication to keep customers informed throughout the project
* Coordinating internal service teams and managing daily schedules
* Dispatching emergency service crews, subcontractors, and project managers
* Maintaining accurate and timely records using multiple job management software systems
What We're Looking For:
* Professional, friendly demeanor and strong problem-solving abilities
* Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and screens
* Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
* Clear and effective communication - written and verbal
* Ability to stay focused and organized in a fast-paced environment
